theOutsourcing-guide.com launches new website
Happy New Year to our readers and supporters around the world. We’re delighted to announce the launch of our new website which has been a number of months in the planning. We hope that you enjoy discovering the new website and that you find it easy to navigate and use.
We launched theOutsourcing-guide.com back in 2012. At the end of last year, after an extensive review of the site, involving visitor feedback, we felt that change was needed. We wanted a more modern look and feel to the site that was easier for visitors to navigate.
Mobility was a major consideration in the development of the new site. Ensuring it could be easily viewed and

accessed via smartphones and tablets as well as desktops and laptops. In moving forward we plan to release a range of mobile apps to make accessing relevant content and functions of the site easier.
We wanted the directory section of the site to provide more useful information with such things as a location finder and to allow listing owners greater control of updating their listings. The directory is organised by service categories and subcategories, allowing visitors to find the right service provider or technology company.
Incorporated into the new site is the Sauce eNewsletter. The Sauce eNewsletter has been at the forefront of the BPO market for over 5 years and has led the way in opening up the BPO space to new ideas and concepts, including:
Big Data, The Cloud, Phablets, Web X.0, Virtualization, eOutsourcing, Virtual Call Center, Crowd-Sourcing, Home-Shoring, Near-Shoring, In-Sourcing, Farm-Shoring, BPO Paradigm Shifting, Robotic Process Automation, Location Advice etc.
Our website will always be a work in progress.
Please take a moment and navigate through our new website. If you have any questions or comments regarding the content contained in our website, please feel free to email us.
We would like to thank Eric and Rhea for their hard work in constructing the new site.
