Train Control Management Systems 2015
Date(s) - 18/02/2015 - 19/02/2015
Technologies to plan, upgrade and optimise the network and create capacity
Although federal budgets allocated for rail have been reduced, Australian rail owners and operators are operating train control and safety systems at their maximum capacity. Capital costs for TCMS replacements have turned into a serious concern.
When implementing train management systems, organisations aim to improve train spacing, manage unsafe speeds and the safety of workers by developing strategies that take the human, operational and technical aspects into account.
With this in mind, the TCMS 2015 conference has been developed in collaboration with key industry leaders to discuss best practice for increasing security and making successful investments that seek to improve results.
