THEME: Developing an Employee and Customer Centric Culture to Drive Results

Get an inside look at the shared services organization of one of the world’s leading research universities! The Emory University Site Tour, taking place in Atlanta, GA on April 22nd, is an exclusive event for leaders responsible for their shared services and transformation initiatives, especially in the higher education universe. We only have 30 spots available!

Welcome to an immersive learning experience where executives from Emory University take us inside their center and discuss how it is developing its Research Administrative Services (RAS) organization with 10 units (four already operational), 28 SOPs, and both internal and external KPIs to measure success and guarantee continuous improvement.

Along with teachings about Emory University itself, a filled out program with perspectives from other university’s Shared Service Organizations will ensure diverse perspectives so you get back to your office with tangible strategies to implement at your schools.

SSON’s site tours highlight facilities and outside speakers that stand out as particularly innovative and successful, and who continue to exceed the highest standards. This event will be unique, tailored to the strengths and culture of Emory University as well as the unique challenges and opportunities for the higher education arena seen through the lens of our guest speakers.
