Asia BPO Summit brings together many of the region’s most senior industry leaders to discuss the next phase of Southeast Asia’s fastest growing industry.  Be with us on Wednesday, March 18th at the Marriott Hotel Manila.

Asia BPO Summit, sponsored by ADP, JLL, MDeC and SAP, will feature diverse sector leaders to discuss (and argue) the most important and urgent issues of the industry key to the nation’s economic health:

+What can be done about the impending replacement of voice jobs by automation?
+Are there other functions at risk of decline?
+What functions will provide strong industry growth for the future (and do we have the skills to do them) ?

Prabhakar Bisen of Cognizant will describe how he oversees global insurance services for his huge organization, while functioning as Country Head for fast growing operations in Philippines at the same time.  Roy Wynes will describe how he manages dispersed operations in China, Philippines, India, Singapore and Australia for ADP, the world‚s largest provider of payroll and HR outsourcing services.

Jibin Arjunan of Wipro will demonstrate how the many locations of his vast region across Asia Pacific and Japan work together to provide high value outsourced services to many of the world‚s greatest companies.  Marcel Greutmann, regional General Manager of Services Integration forIBM, will tell his compelling story of regional and global integration. Previously, he set up and ran delivery centers across China to provide Application Development, System Integration and Management Services. Suneet Puri, Head of Asia Pacific BPO for Tata Consultancy Services,  will describe the incredible growth in store for his company.

Dan Reyes, the new Chairman of IBPAP and prominent industry pioneer, will give a compelling but realistic overview of the opportunities and risks facing the industry in Philippines. As well, Michael Warren from MDEC of Malaysia will give a similar update on his country‚s growing success.
