Join us at the 20th Annual North American SS&O Week!

What an event! The 19th Annual Shared Services and Outsourcing Week truly lived up to its title as the ‘Big Daddy’ of events dedicated to the SS&O industry. Over 850 Shared Services, GBS, Outsourcing and Transformation decision-makers descended upon the Omni Orlando Championsgate Resort for four days of information sharing during site tours, workshops, panel discussions, case studies, roundtable discussions and more. Whether you work in F&A, HR, Procurement, IT or a Multifunctional organization, SS&O Week had content for you.

Over 30% of our attendees were Global or Regional Heads of Shared Services and Business Services and over 50% were Director-level or above. Interested in seeing what brought them to Orlando?

The North American SS&O Week is more than just a conference, it is a customizable experience designed for the practitioner – whether you are planning and launching an SSC, implementing change management, or moving to a multi-function SSO.  We are the catalyst for conversation, connection and change that inspires the growth of our industry.

Learn more about how you can benefit from SS&O Week by reading about our 80+ practitioner  speakers and world-leading partners, or browse through our content library.

Earn CPE Credits by attending! Attendees earned up to 18 credits by attending the main conference, 21 credits for attending with a combo pass, and up to 30 credits for attending with an All access pass in this basic level, group-live setting. No pre-requsites or advanced preparation is required!
