Auscontact, the association for the Australian contact centre industry recently held its inaugural National conference. Announced at the gala dinner, held during the conference, were the 2014 Auscontact National Award Winners. Earlier this year Auscontact was formed by the merger of the ATA and CCMA.

Our inaugural 2014 Auscontact Awards has certainly give a strong indication of the current health and strength of our industry and will become the litmus test for all high achieving centres and professionals in our industry to measure up, match and better,” said Fiona Keough, CEO, Auscontact Asscociation.

We are proud of our Awards program. By building on the last 20 years of heritage, knowing that every year, we have seen quantum leaps in the delivery of services, the skill and innovation of our Members. Each year the bar is raised and every year we are blown away by the continuing evolution that is taking place in our industry.  This year is no different and it is always a real honour to be recognised at this level. Being recognised as leading the country in an Auscontact Award is arguably a much coveted, career boosting recognition of the individual or centre’s achievement,” said Mrs Keough.

Candidates and contact centres in the running for the 2014 Auscontact National Awards included many major Australian private and government organisations such as Allianz, APIA, A&G, Australia Post, Adelaide City Council, BMS Telecorp, CallActive, Challenger, Careers Australia, City of Wanaroo, Comminsure, Concentrix, GESB, Housing WA, Philip Morris, iiNet, ING Direct, QSuper, Smart Service Queensland, Queensland Building & Construction Commission and Royal District Nursing Service, Salmat, Serco Transperth, State Debt Recovery, Stellar Asia Pacific, Teachers Mutual Bank, and Workcover NSW.
